Pick-up and returns are available only at our stores during operating hours only.
The bike must be returned to the same location within your selected rental period. Late returns may result in additional charges based on the hourly rental rate.

Before You Book

✓ Bike will be provided fully charged at pickup.
✓ Please return the bike on time and in the same good condition.
✓ A refundable security deposit is required at pickup.
✓ If a baby seat is installed, a bike bag cannot be attached.
✓ A charger is included for rentals of 6 hours or longer.
✓ Please review our rental policies before completing your booking.
✓ A lock is provided with every bike. Customers are responsible for properly securing and taking care of the bike at all times. In the event of loss, theft, or damage due to negligence, the customer will be held responsible.
✓ If the bike is damaged, not working, or has a flat tire, please return it to the store or call us before taking any action. Do not leave the bike unattended without prior approval from the store.
